Seasons
Seasons

The two ideal seasons for visiting the Zanzibari archipelago are its two drier spells:

  • June to mid October. These months are cooler and drier, and so are good for visiting the beaches, exploring Stone Town, and doing other activities.
  • December to February. These months are hot and dry, and so make for excellent beach and swimming weather.

Diving conditions are good all year round, except perhaps from mid December to mid February.
