Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, user needs and project requirements. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms with a focus on driving engagement and conversion. Create wireframes, prototypes and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and iterate based on feedback. Conduct user research, usability testing and analysis to inform design decisions and optimise the user experience. Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints and print documentation for clients. Stay current with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in UX/UI design. Provide design support for various marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media assets and digital advertisements. Collaborate with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs and address any technical considerations. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews and team meetings to contribute ideas and insights. Uphold high standards of quality, creativity and innovation in all aspects of design work.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work samples. Strong proficiency in design software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma or similar. Familiarity with Illustrator or After Effects for motion graphics is beneficial but not essential. Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, usability best practices and accessibility standards. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment. Experience working in the travel industry or designing for e-commerce platforms is a plus. Familiarity with HTML, CSS and front-end development concepts is desirable but not essential. Experience in motion graphics or Adobe After Effects is desirable but not essential.
