The ongoing coronavirus pandemic is a concern for many. We want to help you travel with peace of mind so we’ve made booking our adventures as flexible, safe and simple as possible.

We have reduced the notice period for changes to your trip drastically and have negotiated terms as flexible as possible with our local suppliers. If you are unable to make your trip for any covid-19 related reason, you are able to postpone your travels to a later date without any charge. The exact notice period for amendments to your booking depend on the trip and the size of your group. Please chat with your travel consultant / trip manager for the exact details and we will make sure we can offer terms that work for you.

Your dedicated trip manager is always on hand to help with any questions you have prior to your trip. We want you to feel confident and safe before leaving for your trip. We know the testing sites, turnaround times and local procedures in all our destination countries and can cater to any covid-19 related needs.

We have also reduced our booking deposit wherever possible. And even if you have to postpone your trip due to any Covid-19 related reason, you can still use your deposit for a later date provided that you give notice in time.

Rest assured that your money is protected when you make a deposit with Follow Alice. We hold 100% cash reserves against any client money that we have on our account.

If you are travelling solo and would like your own room, no problem. All our trips support single rooms or tents.

Travel insurances started offering policies that protect you from any covid-19 related issues or some offer "cancel for any reason" policies. Also, some airlines started offering complementary covid-19 insurance when you book a flight, not only for the flight itself, but also for your whole trip. It's worth checking!
